This is the second chondro I purchased from OS as a maroon neonate. She also had huge whitish yellow diamonds all over her back. They have faded to a light green that is bordered by light blue. She is an overall pastel green with blue undertones and a light sprinkling of white scales throughout. Her attitude is very laid back and reserved. She often hides her head when I come into the snake room, but she always is right at the front of the cage during feeding. She produced 22 fertile eggs sired by HW 95.01 vi "Tommy Boy", in 1999, which pipped on day 48. I allowed her to maternally incubate the eggs while an incubator was ready on the side. Her laid back attitude was a blessing while she was incubating since I was checking in on her several times a day. She was given 2000 breeding season off for weight gain and overall health purposes. I bred her again in 2000-2001 with the same male. She laid 21 eggs in February 2001 and babies pipped April 4th (day 49 maternal incubation). This one snake has taught me the basics of chondro keeping and breeding.
